Overview

The Chevrolet Equinox is a small SUV with a starting price of $23,800. The Equinox can be optioned with four different trim levels: L, LS, LT, and Premier. All Equinox models are powered by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine, capable of producing up to 170 horsepower and a towing capacity of up to 1,500 pounds. The Equinox comes standard with front-wheel drive, but all-wheel drive is available on all trim levels. On the outside, 2021 Equinox’s swooping lines parallel perfectly with the styling of its interior. Available in a number of color options, there is truly an Equinox for everyone. Available on the LT trim are two signature styling packages: Midnight Edition and Sport Edition. Both packages add dark accents to the exterior and interior of the vehicle, as well as 19-inch dark gloss aluminum wheels. The Midnight Edition Equinox is finished in a beautiful “Dark Mosaic Black” exterior color and is paired with a jet-black interior. The Sport Edition is available in the full Equinox color palette. With seating for up to five and a maximum cargo volume of 63.9 cubic feet, road trips in the Equinox should leave your passengers comfortable. 

Safety and Technology

Where the Equinox really shines is in the safety and technology departments. Standard on all Equinox models is Chevy Safety Assist, Chevrolet’s suite of safety features. Included in Chevy Safety Assist are:
