I came in a couple weeks ago to look at this stick shift WRX they had at Jerry Seiner Cadillac. It had to have been the easiest time I have ever bought a car. Parker helped me out. He grabbed the keys, we went for a test drive, came back, agreed on out the door pricing within 5 minutes if that. It was the most painless experience I have ever had with a dealership. They did not try to push extra warranties or products that I didn't want which was awesome. Thanks again Parker

My vehicle was making a clicking noise on the passenger side when it was started. The issue was a fault with the programmable air inlet. Anthony contacted me to let me know what they identified and that the part would be coming from Denver. He followed up with me when the vehicle service was complete and was professional and kind.

And there were others who were very helpful as well. Anyone in the facility seemed willing to stop what they were doing and answer a question. And yes, I’m loving my new Optiq and am confident I made an excellent choice! I would highly recommend Jerry Seiner Cadillac because of their low pressure and high responsiveness to customers. Buying a car is a big deal to me but they made it as pleasant as possible.

Our family has extensive allergies and they have had no problem reading labels and finding a food that was safe for our kiddos to eat. They always greet you with a smile and have excellent food handling skills. The service department is also wonderful to work with. Finally bought my dream car. The staff at Jerry Seiner was simply amazing. Chris, Keith and Grant were fantastic. They made my purchase easy and basic. Zade over in the cadillac side of things here was awesome to work with i happen to live about a hour away but I fell in love with a vehicle they had online. So we did 90% of the approval process over the phone and even though I didn't qualify for the one i saw he listened to what I was looking for and found me a truck that me and my husband both love.
